Between the Hills brings that feeling to the Ozarks: a beautiful setting, seasonal food, and the easy rhythm of a meal shared with good company.
Chef Biju Thomas and GoodTimes producer Damon Epps are creating a series of dining events and curated experiences. This is the next chapter: personal, welcoming, and rooted in the places and people around us.

Meet Biju.
Food has a way of bringing the whole story together.
Bentonville-based chef, author, and lifelong cyclist Biju Thomas is the host of Outside TV’s The Road Less Eaten and co-author of The Feedzone Cookbooks. His work connects food, travel, and the people he meets along the way.

Biju was the celebrity chef at our Made in America VIP Dinner. Now, he and Damon are bringing that spirit of hospitality to more tables, more occasions, and new experiences.

When and where is the dinner?
We’re developing the occasion in the Bentonville and Ozarks area. The date and exact setting will be announced before ticket sales begin.
How do tickets work?
Each event will have its own Kikits booking page. When tickets are released, you can review the confirmed price, inclusions, availability, and booking terms there before purchasing.
Does the waitlist reserve a seat?
No. The waitlist is for event and ticket-release updates. A place is confirmed only through a completed ticket purchase, subject to the event’s booking terms.
Can I hear about future experiences too?
Yes. The series list at the top of this page is independent of any particular dinner. When signup opens, you can join it for future occasions, choose only this dinner’s waitlist, or join both.
What about dietary needs and accessibility?
The confirmed event information will explain dietary accommodations, accessibility, arrival arrangements, and weather plans before tickets are released.
